Spilling the Beans on Fashionable Jeans

Guys:Look for dark wash jeans without any holes. A little bling is fine, but don't overdo it!Try not to go for flares. Jeans shouldn't be too tight or too loose. They should be straight all the way from the hips to the ankles, for a normal pair. If you want a skinny jean, it still shouldn't be too tight. Speaking of hips and ankles, a big no-no is mommy jeans. Mommy jeans are bluish, faded, old jeans that are tough, and start big around the hips and get thinner around the ankles, but are too short and still big. Jeans should be a little worn in but not completely faded. They should be a little long.

Girls: Do a dark wash, almost black. Length should be long, so that if you were wearing flip-flops the hem would just barely skim the ground. If you prefer a skinny jean, it should be closer to your legs but not skin-tight so that you can hardly breathe and they start to fall off and you have to keep pulling up. If you prefer a flair, the flair should start a couple inches past the knee. Jeans shouldn't be too streachy or too tough, too heavy or too light.
