Dear Brittany Spears,
I think that you should seriously rethink your actions and how they are affecting people. All your drinking is making you mentally ill, not just a pain in the @#$%*&. Now you're both. Seriously, take the time to read this advice and maybe you can realize how much everyone thinks you are messed up and then realize how right they are. And trust me, they are pretty darn right.
If you just want publicity, try doing something good to help the world. I suggest donating money to a nonprofit organization or actually doing the dirty work yourself. Doing something good feels great and makes people like you. But the first lesson in helping the world is not being drunk while doing it. The second lesson is not being snobby about doing it and bragging a lot.
As for being nice to your kids, well I think that reading one of those cheap parenting books you get at the Dollar Store would be a step up from what you're doing now. How about you think how your drinking is affecting your kids? I don't blame the CPS (child protective service) for taking them from you. They should send them to therapy lessons, too.
You are setting a terrible example to kids who once loved your music, including your sister. I think that the way Jamie is pregnant at 16. How stupid is that?!?!?! Man, now with you and your sister, you've passed the Lohans in the competition to win America's Most Messed Up Family.
And shaving your head was just plain stupid. Be thankfull for the fact that you actually have hair, unlike the unlucky people who have cancer. How do you think they're feeling right now?
So take this bit of advice and maybe you won't go to jail. Wait, scratch that. you need to go to some serious rehab treatment, maybe also with a couple sessions with Dr.Phil. Never mind, your life is pretty messed up beyond repair.
Yours Truly,

NO SNOW?!?!
It was a Saturday night, and I was watching the news. The weatherman was predicting snow, and I was really excited because if there was snow, then I wouldn't have Hebrew School the next morning. Woohoo! I really didn't like Hebrew School, and that meant I could sleep in the next morning.
I was very dissapointed when at 7:45 the next morning I felt shaking as my mom tried to wake me up. I groaned at having to get up.
"No snow?" I inquiered, still half asleep. "I have to go to Hebrew School?"
"Yes, sweetie, there wasn't any snow. Now what do you want for breakfast?" Ugh, I thought. Another three hours of endless recitation of hebrew prayers and learing how to conjugate verbs when I would much rather be sleeping.

The Sound of Silence
The sound of silence says so much
while never uttering a single word
many embraced within it's clutch
with one single word you can escape
peeling off that piece of scotch tape
with so many faces
going so many places
the sound of silence can be soft and sweet
or where awkward and eerie meet
a colorless blanket that wraps around us
a large temper tantrum
throwing a fuss
the sound of silence can appear out of nowhere
and leave just as quickly
disapearing in the air
off to go meet someone else in need
the sound of silence travels far
indeed
while never uttering a single word
many embraced within it's clutch
with one single word you can escape
peeling off that piece of scotch tape
with so many faces
going so many places

off to go meet someone else in need
the sound of silence travels far

The Library on a Snowy Day
The sound of the clock goes tick tock tick tock
flurries outside
forming a winter blanket on the ground outside
typing on a computer
click click
the sound of pages turning
look outside the window
at first you think that the outside is quiet but if you listen
you hear a car
leaving the school
kids outside
yelling cries of joy
embracing in the comfort of the winter snow
flurries outside
forming a winter blanket on the ground outside
typing on a computer
click click
the sound of pages turning
