Ahh...the world of couture and fashion, designers and top models. Although I think it is important for people to look good, it is weird for someone to pay a lot of money for some handbag that looks exacty like another one that I can get for much cheaper at WallMart or Marshalls. And models, I just don't know what to say about them. I just don't get it that some people get paid to have a pretty picture taken of them. I understand actresses in commercials, but seriously, walking down some runway is something that just some normal person off the street can do. I also don't understand that during a basketball game just before the commercials they have something along the lines of "This game/presentation has been brought to you by..." oh, the things people will do just to have their names on TV.

I agree. Nowadays it seems likely everyone is trying to look as pretty as they can and will stupid things for it. I think that it sad how some people feel they have to spend tons of money to look great when there is always places like target and Payless Shoe Store. It's ridiculous that people are willing to pay 60 bucks for a pair of jeans that they'll only wear a few times and 100 bucks for shoes they'll grow out of(if they're still growing). There are some ridiculous things going on in present times.
