It was a Saturday night, and I was watching the news. The weatherman was predicting snow, and I was really excited because if there was snow, then I wouldn't have Hebrew School the next morning. Woohoo! I really didn't like Hebrew School, and that meant I could sleep in the next morning.
I was very dissapointed when at 7:45 the next morning I felt shaking as my mom tried to wake me up. I groaned at having to get up.
"No snow?" I inquiered, still half asleep. "I have to go to Hebrew School?"
"Yes, sweetie, there wasn't any snow. Now what do you want for breakfast?" Ugh, I thought. Another three hours of endless recitation of hebrew prayers and learing how to conjugate verbs when I would much rather be sleeping.
